The EDGE is a Catholic centered youth ministry program created by LIFE TEEN, which is tailored for youth in grades six through eight. With this ministry we will seek to bridge the gap between your child and the church by reaching out to them and meeting them at their spiritual and social levels, wherever that may be.
The name ‚EDGE recognizes that many middle school youth are on ‚The EDGE in their lives. If we as a Catholic Church don’t do something about it, they’re going to fall off the edge, never to be seen in the pews again.
But, this ministry is about giving middle-schoolers ‚The EDGE they need in life: Jesus Christ, the sacraments, sacred scripture, the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and Catholic Community to love, nurture, support and challenge them.
